Commentary

Matt Antonelli was back in the lineup for the first time this season.

So apparently Lance Zawadzki feels bad for not hitting doubles and he's trying to make up for lost time. In his first 19 games he had zero doubles, he has three doubles in his last two games.

Mikey's famous!

Kellen finally did what he does so well – hit an extra-base-hit - this one came as a pinch-hitter.

I’ve said many times I’m not Cesar Ramos’ biggest fan. But he’s had a few of these impressive games. If he can string some more of these together, he’ll justify the Padres use of the 35th pick in the 2005 draft. As of now, I remain unconvinced.
